Helping You Find Healing and Growth
If you’re feeling stuck in emotional or relationship patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or mood changes, or disconnected from yourself or others, therapy can help. Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and make sense of how past experiences and relationships are shaping your present.
You will have a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard as we work toward relief, clarity, and more satisfying connections. We’ll focus not only on easing symptoms, but on understanding emotional patterns and attachment dynamics so you can respond in healthier, more supportive ways.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and identity concerns, as well as couples who want to improve communication, break negative cycles, and feel closer and more connected. Our work is collaborative and paced to your needs, drawing from attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and practical skills to help you feel more grounded and less stuck.
Culturally responsive and affirming care is central to this practice. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationship, you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re ready to take this journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you toward healing and growth.
