Sharing your life with someone can seem daunting, so I strive to create a non-judgmental, neurodivergent-affirming, and accepting environment where you feel safe to explore challenging ideas and get to know yourself better.
As a person-centered, strength-based therapist, I believe you are the leader in our sessions. By focusing on your strengths, we will work through conflict and life changes in ways that capitalize on the potential inside you. We will navigate difficult life transitions to instill hope and satisfaction while emphasizing mindfulness and healing. I hope to work with you to instill confidence to make difficult changes in your life and to know that you have the strength to work through hard things. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
My areas of experience are anxiety/depression, trauma, grief, attachment, and relationship re-focus. I also have extensive experience in career counseling and career change.
