Seeking therapy may be scary sometimes, and I understand that. That is why I focus on building a safe and nurturing relationship that allows you to explore emotions without judgment so we can work toward acceptance and change. I use a person-centered approach, encouraging teamwork and empowering you to direct the sessions. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences may affect your decisions and feelings about yourself and other aspects of life.
Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, CBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness. Through a collaborative, supportive, and nurturing environment, we will build on your strengths and work toward repairing past hurts in a judgment-free environment.
I have a passion for working with people, and it is part of my practice to accept and appreciate clients in terms of their identity, beliefs, and distinct life experiences. I would love for us to work together and build a path toward change.
